Terms & Conditions

By engaging TeknoTronik Limited for services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms
All invoices are due 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest and/or suspension of services.

2. Carriage Charges
A standard carriage charge of £16 applies per shipment.

£8 will be charged for each additional box included in the same consignment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are securely packaged for transit.

3. Warranty
We provide a 100-day return-to-base warranty on all completed repairs.

The warranty covers the parts and services provided during the repair only.

This warranty does not extend to faults unrelated to the original repair.

4. Non-Economical Repairs
We do not charge for items that are deemed beyond economical repair (BER).

If an item is BER, we will inform the customer with a summary of the fault.

5. Pricing & Confidentiality
Your price list is exclusive to your company and will not be disclosed to any third parties, competitors, or other clients.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

6. Parts Fitting
We will only supply and fit parts after receiving explicit customer authorisation.

Any additional parts required will incur additional charges which must be approved in advance.

7. Payments
We do not accept cheques.

Accepted payment methods include BACS and other electronic transfers.

8. Liability
TeknoTronik Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the failure or delay of equipment repairs.

Customers are responsible for backing up any data prior to submitting equipment for repair.

9. Title of Goods
Repaired items and fitted parts remain the property of TeknoTronik Limited until full payment has been received.

10. Amendments
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The most recent version will always be available at www.teknotronik.co.uk or upon request.
